Clinical Trial Agreements are not reviewed by PACTT and must be submitted to the Unit of Legal Affairs (Unité des Affaires Juridiques) of the CHUV.
PACTT will pay particular attention to the preservation of the right to publish, exclusion of warranties from UNIL-CHUV and attribution of intellectual property rights arising from the agreement.
