Researchers from the University of Lausanne (UNIL) and the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) have skills and cutting edge knowledge in many areas (like medicine, biology, law, criminal justice, public administration, geosciences and environment, business and economics, arts, social and political sciences and theology and religious studies). These skills are extremely valuable for companies in the development of products and services.

Researchers from UNIL and CHUV seek collaborations with industry in order to advance their research or develop and bring to market their discoveries for the benefit of the public.
Collaboration between industry and researchers may specifically take the form of a research or research service, depending on various criteria. Different types of agreements will therefore formalize such relationships. You can find more information about the types of contracts that can be established with UNIL and CHUV here.
The collaboration projects must be in line with UNIL and/or CHUV’s mission, to advance research and to the benefit of our patients.
N.B. The institutions will apply an overhead on research and services contracts. More details
